The Sanctuary Hotel in Midtown, which features Haven Rooftop, Tender Restaurant and Lounge and Sushi by Bou, is transforming its concierge desk into a fast-casual hand roll joint called Handies by Bou. The 8-seat sushi bar will be open for lunch and dinner.
The concept, at 132 W. 47th St., is from Sushi by Bou’s chef David Bouhadana and partners Michael Sinensky and Erika London from FB Hospitality Group.

In Montauk, LI, Jayma Cardoso’s Surf Lodge is serving pretty “Pink Flamingos” in even prettier cups and pitchers filled with Elyx vodka, ginger and lemonade; “Hampton Birds,” with Stoli vodka, Red Bull tangerine, Aperol, lime and pineapple; and “The Gala,” with gin infused with butterfly pea flower, Prosecco, lemon and lavender.
Hotel guests also get $500 worth of products in their rooms that they can take home — from pricey face oils and designer sunscreens to popular energy bites from The Ranch, a high-end spa and wellness center in California. Regulars who have stopped in for cocktails include Tiffany Trump, Christie Brinkley and Nina Agdal.
