Queen Elizabeth II has officially given her consent for Prince Harry to tie the knot with Meghan Markle in May. In her statement, she referred to the royal as her "most dearly beloved grandson," and we couldn't help but reminisce about all the sweet moments they've shared together. From being front and center at the Trooping the Colour parade to sharing inside jokes at royal engagements, it's clear that Harry and his grandmother have a bond unlike any other.
In fact, when Harry lost his mother, Princess Diana, in 1997, Elizabeth protected him and Prince William from the press by "deliberately removing the newspapers" so they "didn't know what was going on."
