David Spade is paying tribute to his sister-in-law, Kate Spade, following her death. On Tuesday, the comedian shared a heartwarming post reminiscing on the fashion designer's vibrant life. "Fuzzy picture but [I] love it," he wrote alongside a photo of the two smiling. "Kate and I during Christmas family photos. We had so much fun that day. She was so sharp and quick on her feet. She could make me laugh so hard. I still can't believe it. [It's] a rough world out there people, try to hang on."
On June 5, the fashion designer was reportedly found dead in her apartment after an apparent suicide. According to TMZ, she left a note addressed to her 13-year-old daughter, Frances Beatrix, which read: "Bea - I have always loved you. This is not your fault. Ask Daddy!" Kate and her husband Andy Spade (who is David's brother) were married for 24 years before her death.
