Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner Cooking Dinner Together Is Martini-Fueled Chaos

Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner put their culinary skills on full display on Tuesday. To celebrate the upcoming second season of "The Kardashians" on Hulu, the pair stepped into Kylie's kitchen to prepare a homemade dinner consisting of pasta and shaken martinis. "We should have our own cooking show," Kris tells Kylie in the video as the pair stand side by side in massive statement necklaces and sparkling drop earrings, not an apron in sight.

Before a morsel of food has even entered our field of vision, Kris whips out her Birkin bag to unpack the ingredients for the ultimate Kris Jenner Martini: Belvedere vodka, martini olives, a martini shaker, a shot measuring tool, a mixer, a strainer, an olive stick, and two martini glasses. After adding the perfect number of olives (two) to each glass and intentionally excluding the vermouth, Kris shows Kylie how to shake up a classic martini and a dirty martini mixed with olive juice. Kris recommends pairing the drinks with Kylie's signature j'acuterie boards, or charcuterie boards that j'adore.

"You know what, this is genetic."

To avoid sipping their cocktails on an empty stomach, the mother-daughter duo set to work making a heaping pot of pasta. "Oh my goodness. Did you go grocery shopping today?" Kris asks as she peers into a paper bag on the countertop. "Of course," Kylie replies before Kris adds, "Wow, you're doing amazing, sweetie."

For the main course, Kylie uses her favorite bowtie pasta, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and garden-fresh (aka store-bought) bell peppers in red, yellow, and green. As she preps the vegetables, she successfully slices an entire carrot before giving a zucchini the Kendall Jenner treatment. "You know what, this is genetic," Kris jokes as Kylie purposely bends her arms at awkward angles, knife in hand, to cut through the squash like her sister.

After adding some garlic and olive oil to a pan, the pair sautée the vegetables and stir together a colorful pot of pasta. "The longer it sautées in there and the vegetables start soaking up the spices, it becomes so yummy and the whole house smells really good," Kris says. As her mom finishes off the dish with parmesan and fresh basil, Kylie takes a moment to touch up her lipstick in the reflection of a butter knife, giving us a glimpse at exactly what to expect if the mother-daughter duo actually landed their own cooking show.
