Today's day brightener comes in the form of incredibly cute cold brew coffee gummy bears. Sugarfina has teamed up with popular Los Angeles coffee shop Alfred Coffee to create a line of caffeinated Cold Brew Bears. They're made with real coffee, and each serving has 60 milligrams of caffeine, or the equivalent to a shot of espresso! The three flavors in the lineup are Cold Brew, Bourbon Cold Brew, and Iced Vanilla Latte, and they come in adorable cup-shaped packaging that says, "But first, coffee," a nod to Alfred's Instagram-famous motto.
The Cold Brew Bears are made with "Alfred's blend of rich coffee with subtle fruit notes," according to a press release, while the Bourbon Cold Brew Bears have a splash of real bourbon. The Iced Vanilla Latte Bears, which have the equivalent of half a shot of espresso, are made with "the delicious creamy flavor of espresso infused with vanilla bean and almond milk."
Pricing starts at $7, and you get get a three-pack for $21. The caffeinated gummy bears will be available in select retail locations across the country and online from Sugarfina and Alfred, so get ready for the best afternoon pick-me-up.
