The problem with boozy ice cream is it's only available in a few places, such as Tipsy Scoop in NYC and Smitten in San Francisco. So when I heard about the Curious Creamery and its boozy ice cream packets that you can buy online and make at home, I almost pinched myself. This seemed too good to be true! Fortunately for you and me, it's very much a real thing, and there's no ice cream machine required.
In addition to its regular ice cream mixes, the Curious Creamery has alcoholic mixes available in cocktail-inspired flavors like margarita, piña colada, and mint mojito. Each pouch makes up to one pint of ice cream, and all you have to do is add chilled water or milk plus alcohol and whisk for about five minutes. The alcohol is not included, but at just $2 each, the mixes are totally worth stocking up on. This Is Us binge-watching sessions will never be the same!
