Not only did NASA researchers find that it only takes 24 hours for houseplants to reduce air toxins in your home, they’re also great for reducing stress and boosting your mood, if you take it from a study published in the Journal of Physiological Anthropology. There’s no reason not up your collection and have some greenery everywhere you look, whether it’s gracing your shelves or piled up on plant stands.
